To prove it is unbiased we are letting people post theri own reviews. However, I agree. I felt the need for a review site because all poker players are faced with are blogs full of ads...ads...ads...You can't even read an article.

That is why I like this blog. It is time players took back 'their' game from the online casinos and put the 'odds' back in their favor.

In response to:Is PartyGaming All Set For A Settlement With US?

I am shocked at how the USA is acting. Did you read the states? --

Those participating in remote gambling remain more likely to be male than female, and are more likely to be aged 18 - 34.

* If those only playing the National Lottery remotely are excluded, an even lower 5.5 percent of respondents participated in remote gambling.

* Overall, 6.2 percent of respondents said they had gambled remotely on the National Lottery in the previous month (either only or in addition to other types of gambling activity).

* Remote gambling via a computer, laptop or handheld device was most popular (6.7 percent of all adult respondents), followed by gambling via mobile phone (2.7 percent) and interactive/digital TV (under 2 percent).

The way they made us feel, online gambling was the foundation of all sins! If the banks handed out debt with the same safeguards used by the online gambling community, then we wouldn't see our house prices dive this year!
That is great. That is great news.

While the luck part of poker regularly kicks me in the bum, the game really is a game of skill. The good players can take advantage of the poor players, the great players can outplay the good players and the elite players have fun with everyone.
Luck is involved in the short term, but in the long term, skill rules in poker.

In response to:US Congressmen Asking To lift Of Gambling Ban.

>Steve (democrat) and Pete King (republican)
It is headquartered in Gibraltar and quoted on the London Stock Exchange. PartyGaming Plc was founded in 1997 with the launch of Starluck Casino. Prior to passage of anti-online gambling legislation by the U.S. Congress, PartyGaming Plc was the world's largest online poker brand (based on ring game revenue and number of players); though its total number of active players has diminished with the loss of its U.S. customers, the company continues to grow with a solid European presence
