things are favoring online gambling with the arrival of new president. UIGEA rules may be overturned sooner or later, as congressman barney frank is introducing a new bill next month in March.

Majority of Americans are favoring internet gambling and want the industry to come back. We cannot abolish recession immediately but some hurdles such as UIGEA rules can abolished.

Very good news that court has said bingo is the game of skill and experience which give you advantage to another player. In my opinion there is no luck and chance role in the winning. Only strategy and sharpness of mind can help you in making big buck in the game.

We tried to start a review website. To prove it is unbiased we are letting people post theri own reviews. However, I agree. I felt the need for a review site because all poker players are faced with are blogs full of ads...ads...ads...You can't even read an article.

That is why I like this blog. It is time players took back 'their' game from the online casinos and put the 'odds' back in their favor.

I am shocked at how the USA is acting. I understand they want to protect their own gambling empire (vegas - indian casinos - New York - Florida) but that they would bend to such low levels. That is amazing.

Is it surprising that they are letting everyone go with a fine and a slap on the wrist...no!

* Remote gambling via a computer, laptop or handheld device was most popular (6.7 percent of all adult respondents), followed by gambling via mobile phone (2.7 percent) and interactive/digital TV (under 2 percent).

The way they made us feel, online gambling was the foundation of all sins! If the banks handed out debt with the same safeguards used by the online gambling community, then we wouldn't see our house prices dive this year!

The internet for gambling bill was attached to port the security bill which was going to be pass. Fight it still going on between the poker player alliance and US politicians. Some poker rooms are showing dareness as they are still accepting the US players, the rooms are Full with tiltpoker, Bodog poker, Poker.com, Absolute Poker. Good Luck and wish for a nice game.

That is great. I know of so many players that whine and say they were cheated at Poker Stars and other site, it will be good to have unbiased information about the real status of those kinds of sites.

That is great news.

While the luck part of poker regularly kicks me in the bum, the game really is a game of skill. The good players can take advantage of the poor players, the great players can outplay the good players and the elite players have fun with everyone.

Luck is involved in the short term, but in the long term, skill rules in poker.

Those two are the few rays of light in a foolish anti poker congress. Why must they dislike our favourite game of no limit texas holdem?

Hopefully the anti-poker laws will be entirely gone in the US soon. Then we can shuffle up and deal without worrying about uncle sam getting involved.

I love poker on cellphone / computer, but AI is so poor it is not really worth playing once you figure out the algorithm.

Maybe it will catch on too. You can play cash games while on the bus etc.
