Online gambling industry is suffering from two major drawbacks, one is due to UIGEA rules and another one is due to current market crunch ( recession).
But things are favoring online gambling with the arrival of new president. UIGEA rules may be overturned sooner or later, as congressman barney frank is introducing a new bill next month in March.
Majority of Americans are favoring internet gambling and want the industry to come back. We cannot abolish recession immediately but some hurdles such as UIGEA rules can abolished.
Even many Americans states have declared playing online poker legal.
