Two United States representatives Steve (democrat) and Pete King (republican) representing Long Island from new jersey had recently told new York Times post that UIGEA is unenforcible in US and should be called off ban.
Israel and King feel the Act would “create a regulatory framework that ensures operators are licensed and protects consumers against underage gambling, compulsive gambling, money-laundering, identity theft and other fraud's”.

Those two are the few rays of light in a foolish anti poker congress. Why must they dislike our favourite game of no limit texas holdem?
Hopefully the anti-poker laws will be entirely gone in the US soon. Then we can shuffle up and deal without worrying about uncle sam getting involved.
