Danish municipal court has declared poker as a game of skill rather than a game of chance. Frederik Hostrup was charged in Denmark for operating and arranging illegal poker games tournaments and he said in a statement that the "decision taken by the municipal court has give him a ray of hope".

Hostrup, who was recently cleared of an allegations in regards to online cheating in an online tournament on PartyPoker.

Finally, U.S customers will get back their money from Neteller by the end of this month and the payment processor company which was involved in illegal money transferring from gaming companies to U.S customer will have to pay a fine of $136million to United States govt.
